The new running work-out of the week is here, just in time for some great outdoor weather running! This time we add in everyone’s favourite exercise, the burpee!
Warm Up – 10 minutes of jump rope or running drills
Workout – 10 rounds of 50 metre sprint, 10 burpees. Rest 30 seconds. Try not to deviate more than 5 seconds for each round.
