We will meet every Tuesday from May 31st-June 21st to show you how to correct joint and movement errors, gain more range and power with your movements, and point out ‘heath sabotagers’ you might not be aware of.
We want to show you how proper movement patterns can improve joint range of motion, muscle flexibility, and advance injury recovery. We want to give you the exercises and at-home tools that you can use to protect your body and restore suppleness to tight muscles. Let’s start enhancing our movements and function to our fullest potential.
You can look forward to Yoga, dynamic Stretching, foam rolling etc. BUT it will take practice and dedication FROM YOU for your body to move out of old habits and progress into new territory. It’s not a ‘show-up and shut-up class’
