What is a Burpee?
Burpees are an excellent full body strengthening exercise; using almost every muscle in the body. Just a few of them will give you a cardio boost! Adding burpees to your daily workout will definitely kick things up a notch!
How do I do it?
Stand with your feet together, arms overhead. Jump as high as you can, then bring your hands to the ground in front of you. Jump back into a push up and lower your chest to the ground. Push back to the top of a push up position and jump your feet back to your hands. Stand, place your arms overhead and repeat.
