You have 3 years of college / administrative experience (and were good at it)
You are health focused and are dedicated to enhance our community’s health
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
You will be responsible for overseeing (and doing) all front desk responsibilities
ensuring proper record keeping by practitioners
organizing office and treatment rooms
preparing Dr’s day and ensuring proper patient flow
communicating with patients
recalling patients as needed
professional front line representation of The Live Well Centre
Our office is located in the Royal Artillery Barracks building in downtown Kingston.
