Here, our LiveWell Movement Specialist Niamh shows how to do a proper plank with Dr. Peter Pain.
Try it at home, go for 10-20 seconds at a time first, with the goal of getting to 1 minute of total plank time. Once that is reached, we can make it a bit more challenging with variations.
