Try this quick and effective workout prepared by Michelle McCalpin, Certified Kinesiologist!!!!
Start out with a quick warm-up!! Arm Circles, Shoulder Circles, Hip Circles, Leg Swings–warm up your muscles!!
Now for the workout..
- First, place a stick on the ground and jump over it–back and forth for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and continue to finish 8 sets.
- Next, is push-ups..You may do them on a bosu ball, from your knees or feet–continue for 20 seconds, rest for 10 and continue on for 8 sets.
- Squats!!! If you have a medicine ball put the ball on the small of your back and stand against the wall and proceed to squat for 20 seconds, rest for 10 and continue again for 8 sets!!!
- LAST ONE–should press–standing or sitting—on for 20 seconds, off for 10, total of 8 sets!!

Hint: You want to try and complete as many as you can in the given time, but you also want to pay attention to technique!!!
